During this presentation, Ms. Taylor will discuss the substantive and procedural components of FAPE, Child Find, appropriate assessments, IEP meeting participants and exceptions, necessary IEP components (including the IEP meeting agenda), assessment data/observations/input, identifying present levels of performance, goal writing, taking IEP meeting notes, accommodations, identifying services and placement, finalizing an offer, implementing the IEP, and measuring progress on IEP goals. Legal updates will be covered as well.
